Matt Fraga has over 20 years of experience in the air quality engineering and consulting field. As VP of CEMS Engineering, Mr. Fraga is responsible for the design, implementation, staffing and support of all Continuous Emissions Monitoring System projects at Air Tox.
Matt’s experience also covers a wide range of permitting and regulatory areas, including air emissions qualifications and reporting, SARA Title II and Title III reporting, State and Federal permitting for many New Source Review facilities, Title V permits for large manufacturing facilities, and general permits for small individual units.
Prior to joining Air Tox, Matt was an Environmental Manager for a large manufacturing facility in the photographic industry. This experience provided Matt with a broad understanding of the complex regulatory issues faced by today’s environmental engineers and managers.
Matt Fraga has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
